Four more weeks!

Saturday, we took Idan to see the Shadows exhibit at Cite de Science et Industrie. It was so fun for him.

We tried to see the 3-D movie, but Idan was so scared!

We went back to Cite des Enfants, the children's part of the museum for 3-5 year olds.

Sunday, we walked to Bastille. Idan rode on a ride there.

and then we walked to the Promenade Plantee, an old elevated railroad track that is now paved into a walkway. It had some nice views of Paris.

Idan has peed all over Paris. If the dogs can do it, we figured he could too.

We went back to the Arenas de Lutece, the old Collosium from Roman times.

Idan loves running around in it.

We then took the metro to Bastille.

We met Joey and his parents for lunch at the Louvre. Here they are playing afterwards at the pyramid.

New York City

This weekend, Idan and Roni went to New York for Kara and Stu's wedding. Idan got halfway down the aisle before he got scared and started crying. As you can see from the picture, he recovered quickly and enjoyed the cocktail hour, before going to sleep in the coatroom for the reception.

Our Guests

We had so much fun when Aunt Robyn and Uncle Neal visited.

Here is a picture of Idan in front of the Moulin Rouge

Uncle Neal, Jamison, Idan, and Aunt Robyn.

We went to the top of the Eiffel Tower and got great pictures Friday night. We will post them when they email them to us.

The day Aunt Robyn and Uncle Neal left, Beth and Phil arrived. We first went to the top of the Arc de Triomphe.
(Idan took this picture)

Then we headed for the Eiffel Tower.

Halloween

Idan had a Halloween Party in hs class the last day before their fall vacation, on Wednesday, October 25th. He said he went trick-or-treating to the other classrooms. That was the only trick-or-treating he did. They don't really do it in France.

Idan in the morning before we left for school. It was so dark out, even though it was 8 a.m.

Since they don't do Halloween here, we took Idan to Disneyland for the Halloween Party.

Idan was so excited to ride the Buzz Lightyear ride dressed as Buzz.

Idan got a lot of attention dressed as "Buzz L'Eclair". Everyone else was dressed up in scary costumes.

Jamison scored more points than Idan did on the ride.

Idan was afraid of Captain Hook, but was willing to take his picture with this Peter Pan character instead.

Unfortunately, the party didn't start until 8:30 p.m. and Idan fell asleep just after 10! He said he had a great time though.

They had a mirror maze in Petrin Park.

It was great to see the leaves changing colors in Prague. In Paris, they are mostly still green.

View of Prague Castle from the Observation Tower.

The Observation Tower.
Idan said it was like a mini Eiffel Tower.
The mean lady would not let Idan take the elevator, so he walked about halfway up and Jamison carried him the rest of the way!

The Charles Bridge

Playing at the park next to the Charles Bridge.

We had lunch at a restuarant on the river.
